We encourage you to take a moment to review our Community Standards; by using Peachtree, you agree to adhere to these standards, just as you do with our Terms and Conditions.

Should you encounter any content on Peachtree that contravenes the standards outlined below, we urge you to report it.

Adult Content

We aim to empower users to create their own spaces on the internet while ensuring that visitors, including minors, can make informed choices. Additionally, legal regulations across Peachtree's various international markets impose restrictions on the type of content we can allow on our platform.

Permitted Actions:

• You may create links to adult content, provided it is legal in your region, does not advertise full-service sex work, and is appropriately labeled as sensitive.*
• You may promote adult media that you produce and sell on other platforms.

Prohibited Actions:

• You may not upload adult media (e.g., images or videos), including nudity, to your Linktree, including in your avatar, link thumbnails.
• You may not embed social media feeds that display adult content directly on your Linktree.
• You may not advertise full-service sex work.
• You may not share adult content generated with AI to impersonate another individual.
• Please note that when adding a link to your Peachtree, a sensitive content label may be automatically applied if applicable.

Hate Speech

Peachtree serves as a platform for sharing beliefs and ideas, provided that such expression does not cause harm, incite hatred or violence, or discriminate against individuals or groups based on race, skin color, national origin, religious beliefs, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability, or medical condition. We do not condone the use of our platform to glorify perpetrators of hate, violence, or discrimination.

Electoral Fraud

Peachtree must not be used to obstruct the electoral process at the local or national level. This includes any attempts to mislead the public regarding where and how to participate in elections, as well as who is eligible to vote. Additionally, the buying, selling, or attempting to sell your right to vote is strictly prohibited.
